Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and maintain organized inventory control systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections on products and packaging before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Lead end-of-shift reconciliation and documentation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with basic inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with rotating weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
