Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex technical systems and infrastructure during night operations.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks and perform root cause analysis on system anomalies.
- Document all technical activities, incidents, and resolutions accurately in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team and management to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Respond to urgent tickets and escalations within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct system audits and performance testing to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or manufacturing maintenance.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check.
