Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues for clients in real-time during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems via phone and remote access tools.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift engineering team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Conduct nightly system health checks and security audits to prevent potential outages.
- Provide clear, empathetic technical guidance to non-technical users facing challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Proven experience working successfully in a night shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
