Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level clients during night hours.
- Manage and resolve incoming tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate complex problems.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Conduct remote software installations and updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
