Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues.
- Monitor system logs, server performance, and security alerts during off-hours.
- Log and categorize all help desk tickets with high accuracy and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on remote workstations and servers.
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical services and resolve urgent incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without direct supervision.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
