Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during night operations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision, ensuring zero downtime for clients.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency through continuous learning and internal training sessions.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
