Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts in real-time.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of support.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve technical inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or a related IT role.
- Availability to work nights (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
