Role Overview:
In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our clients, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions that keep our clients connected and productive.
Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
