Responsibilities
- Monitor system health, server performance, and network traffic during night operations.
- Resolve technical tickets and escalations with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Document technical issues and solutions in our knowledge base to streamline future support.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Respond to critical alerts and implement immediate remediation steps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or system administration.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
