Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex IT systems and hardware issues.
- Monitor system performance and alert engineering teams to potential outages or anomalies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
