Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and application performance 24/7 to ensure seamless operations.
- Triage and resolve Level 1-2 technical support tickets efficiently with a focus on quality.
- Conduct routine system backups and security audits to maintain data integrity.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for audit trails.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to hand off unresolved issues and update status reports.
- Perform basic hardware and software installations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) on a regular basis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a logical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with standard IT tools and ticketing systems.
