Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Perform remote desktop diagnostics and resolve connectivity problems efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
