Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira) to ensure SLAs are met.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health and system alerts during the night shift to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to clients during off-hours support sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Tools: Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ or Network+).
