Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and night operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during night operations.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
