Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and alerts during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems via remote access tools and phone.
- Document all tickets, resolutions, and incidents in the Service Management tool (ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand off unresolved issues and ensure continuity of support.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Experience working in a night shift or rotating shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote support scenarios.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
