Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of helpdesk tickets with a focus on resolution speed.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document solutions and improve knowledge base articles.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards during off-hours support.
- Conduct proactive system monitoring to identify potential outages before they impact users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+) are highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
