Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server performance and network stability during the night shift.
- Triage and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure 24/7 coverage and knowledge transfer.
- Perform routine security patches and system updates.
- Conduct nightly system health checks and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
