Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of all network infrastructure and systems during off-hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal stakeholders.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches to ensure data integrity.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineering teams during morning handovers.
- Conduct nightly security audits and report findings to the IT Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or network operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
