Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional 1st level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate engineering teams during the handover period.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT help desk.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient, customer-centric attitude.
