Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the night shift team to ensure 100% uptime.
- Monitor complex technical systems and troubleshoot issues in real-time to prevent downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Lead and mentor a small crew of operators, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and log all activities accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handover of critical information.
- Resolve escalated operational challenges with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or operational role.
- Previous experience working the night shift is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
