Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during night hours in high-energy hospitality environment
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety across property premises
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks in guest areas and back-of-house
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Complete incident reports and follow established emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state-issued ID or work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
