Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests and restaurant patrons
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest requests
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized guest areas and public spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in seasonal events and promotional activities
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (must meet USCIS requirements)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid passport and willingness to undergo background check
