The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our 24/7 server infrastructure. You will be the first line of defense for system stability, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security for our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor server health, performance, and security alerts on Linux and Windows environments.
- Execute scheduled maintenance, patch management, and database backups during off-peak hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting system uptime with minimal supervision.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed technical runbooks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
