Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical and customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of critical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
