Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily warehouse and operational workflows during the night shift.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of freight with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Uphold company policies and procedures with a high standard of integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proven history of reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office or warehouse software.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
