Responsibilities
- Monitor production output and quality standards during the night shift.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ production workers.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Manage inventory levels and report equipment maintenance needs.
- Handle minor personnel issues and escalate complex problems to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations supervisory role.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak production seasons.
