Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
- Conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations for shift personnel
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption to service
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory role with night shift experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
