Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate logistics to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and support a diverse team of night staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Generate and review daily performance reports to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role within logistics or warehousing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and maintain high energy levels.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
