Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to detect security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents following established protocols
- Verify visitor credentials and enforce access control measures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain communication with central dispatch and security team
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Massachusetts Security Guard License (SPO)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting software
- Exceptional situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
