Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and surveillance across assigned properties to prevent security breaches
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms with rapid intervention protocols
- Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and submit detailed daily reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional presence
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Maintain radio communication with central command and response teams
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (Class A/B)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong conflict de-escalation and emergency response skills
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring systems and reporting software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
