Responsibilities
- Monitor server systems, networks, and applications 24/7 to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for internal clients via remote support channels.
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, patch deployments, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot escalations and improve night-operations workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to users navigating technical difficulties during the night.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Network Administration.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) on a full-time basis.
- Demonstrated experience working remotely with high proficiency in remote desktop tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various operating systems and network environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, noise-free workspace.
