Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and case resolutions
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify process improvements and share best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working autonomously during night shift hours
