Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency and critical care units during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Utilize advanced medical equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitors
- Document patient assessments and interventions in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure night shifts
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
