Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift production operations, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all production areas
- Generate and analyze production reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing/production with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in production tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
