Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 person night shift team, optimizing production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Monitor quality control processes, implementing corrective actions for non-conformance
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain supply chain integrity
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and lean manufacturing principles
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership review
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime during production hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for facility access
- Associates degree in Industrial Technology or related field required
