Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 production staff during night shift operations
- Monitor production metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Conduct shift handovers and production reports
- Train and mentor team members on new processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, ERP)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
