Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ production operators during night shift operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and safety protocol adherence
- Coordinate machine maintenance and process improvements
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance systems
- Train and mentor night shift team members
- Generate production reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machinery and automation systems
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
