Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the night shift.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely material delivery.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate production logs.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Manufacturing or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
