Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and assembly lines during the night shift.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Package and label finished goods accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Communicate effectively with shift leads to report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and organization in the production area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
