As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our production lines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production output to meet daily and weekly quotas.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Complete necessary documentation and shift logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is preferred.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
