Responsibilities
- Monitor production lines and machinery during the night shift to ensure optimal performance and output targets.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks and document results accurately in the system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during handover periods to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational role is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
