Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex production machinery to ensure efficient output.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in material handling and inventory management as required by workflow.
- Document production data accurately and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a strong plus.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
