Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections on finished products to meet strict industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Complete daily production reports and accurately log inventory and material usage.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM) reliably.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or machinery interfaces.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
