Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery and assembly lines efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and facility rules.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation using 5S principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow night shift personnel.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care and precision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
