Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated machinery and assembly lines during night shifts.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover and continuous workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
