Responsibilities
- Operate automated production machinery with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate production documentation
- Assemble components with precision using hand tools and power equipment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
