Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document production data, output metrics, and any equipment issues accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect defects or errors.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and recording data.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
