Your Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production output to ensure all products meet strict quality control standards.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
