Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training on machinery operation and safety protocols
- Assemble and inspect components to quality standards
- Operate CNC machines and automated production systems
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Document production data and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to learn technical procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
