Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly lines in a safe and efficient manner during the night shift.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or machinery issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing proper PPE at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurement gauges and charts.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
